Following the devastating news of the upcoming Kolisi divorce, all eyes have been on Siya as mzansi watches closely for the captain’s next move. This past weekend, he proved to be in good spirits as his captain duties were handed to his good friend Eben, while he took over Faf’s role as the team’s designated menace.

The Springbok’s clash against Scotland, plus Ireland’s loss against the All Blacks resulted in the restoration of order in the world of rugby rankings as the Springboks took their rightful place at the number one spot, as per the die-hard Bokke fans. This ranking is highly deserved as the South African side has displayed nothing but pure domination against any team that has come its way since bringing the 2023 Rugby World Cup home.

Among the plethora of people who are elated to be part of such a historic team is their captain, Siya Kolisi, a man who has dedicated his life to the success of his team. Following the team’s win, Siya made the most of the relief from his leadership duties to be the star of the show on Saturday as he donned Faf’s infamous winner’s outfit, the Faffies underwear.

This level of excitement and elation from the Springbok captain is much expected as there is plenty for the team to celebrate, despite many fans pointing out the less-than-satisfactory display by the Boks. Makazole Mampimpi has shown to be his old self again after much doubt from the public regarding his future in the team.

Siya’s excitement is purely contagious and has found its way to all Springbok fans across the world.

Kolisi always brings such energy and inspiration to the team! It’s incredible to see him shine on and off the field. What a leader! ?? #Springboks
