Rachel and Siya Kolisi are preparing to take their family to France where they will relocate after French rugby union club Racing 92 paid millions of Rands to release Siya from his contract with the Sharks.

Rachel took to Instagram to point out that the time for their family to move overseas is drawing closer.

“Last few home games with @sharksrugby ?? I love it here ❤️,” she said.

Her followers pointed out how dear the couple are to all South Africans and how much they will be missed.

“We are going to miss you so much. Such an enormous loss to SA Rugby and SA but you deserve to live your dreams and make a beautiful life for your family,” wrote @lipstickjunkiejhb.

“Sad, but great adventures and opportunities ahead,” said @shellspearce.

“So sad to lose you guys to the Frenchies – they a lucky people,” wrote @marilynfontbin.

Despite losing the country’s favourite couple to France, Siya promised that the family will return home after their time in France.

“Our beautiful country will always be home for us, and we look forward to returning after this chapter.”
