Congratulations are in order for TikTok and amapiano star Khanyisa Jaceni as she announces that she is getting married.

2024 owes most people nothing. From celebrating the births of rap babies to new musical acts breaking out in the scene, it sure was an eventful year.

Before getting her big break, this former BONA cover star started on TikTok. She danced to the top gaining massive popularity among internet users for her famous tagline, BOTTOMLINE.

In an interview with DailySun, she discussed her musical journey and the significant role TikTok played in her rise to fame, as posting her videos allowed her to gain recognition from other musicians.

She stated, “It wasn’t a transition. I started as a musician. Music has always been my first love, which is why I have a song titled ‘Jikeleza’ with Kabza De Small and Maphorisa. That’s where it all began. I realised I needed to connect with people who could relate to my story. Fortunately, that’s when Covid-19 hit, and we turned to TikTok and other apps.”

Her notable work includes songs like Mina Nawe, SUKA, and Bheka Mina Ngedwa, just to name a few.

Taking to her socials, the amapiano star proudly announced that she is no longer just a girlfriend but now a fiancée. In the pictures she shared, her in-laws can be seen alongside her future husband during the lobola negotiations before their wedding.
