Shebeshxt gets new tattoo in honour of late daughter

After the tragic passing of his beloved daughter, the mourning process is far from over for renowned rapper Shebeshxt. 

In June Shebeshxt, whose real name is Lehlogonolo Chauke found himself involved in a horrific accident while on his way to perform at a gig at an ANC rally. 

While en route to their destination, the 27-year-old’s car collided with a heavy-duty vehicle resulting in the rapper sustaining multiple injuries while his nine-year-old daughter Onthatile Chuene tragically passed away. 

In remembrance of her life, the rapper has decided to get himself a new tattoo to honour his daughter inked to his body. 

In an emotional post accompanied by crying emojis, he shared a picture of his latest work with his followers. 

In his caption, he wrote: 

“I miss you every second of my life. Until we meet again, my love. Onthatile Gladys, my daughter.” 

The image shows the grade 3 pupil from Northern Academy at a time that might have been the happiest of her life.

This is the second time in the space of a month that he has received a new tattoo in honour of Onthatile.  Last month he showed off a portrait piece which was accompanied by her name and date of birth.

Meanwhile, it was widely reported that the rapper had dealt with lots of trauma following the fatal incident. 

Furthermore, those in the comment section have later shared their sympathy concerning his loss. 

“Sorry for your loss may she rest in peace,” one user wrote. 

Another added: “God will heal your pain.”
