Blood and Water actor Sello Maake kaNcube and his wife Pearl have proven to everyone that with love, commitment and unwavering support for one another a marriage can overcome even the most difficult storms.

Despite rumours that the happily weds were headed for a divorce earlier this year, the couple recently gushed at one another as they celebrated their fourth wedding anniversary.

Taking to their Instagram accounts they shared some heartfelt words expressing their appreciation for one another.

“Thank you for allowing me to be a diamond that completes your pearls,” wrote the former Generations actor.

He continued: “At times it became a bumpy ride and the play out of everything for free public consumption! I’m glad you held on and are still holding on. I’m here for you Queen of my life! Here is to the next four years and beyond. You are the light of my life.”

Meanwhile, Pearl shared some touching words of her own, confirming that their bond has simply grown stronger as they faced trials together.

“Despite the challenges we faced, particularly the public scrutiny, our love has only grown stronger.

“I express my deepest admiration for you as a remarkable human being and an exceptional husband and father […] I promise to love you unconditionally, not just for the sake of loving you, but to love you in a way that nurtures and cherishes our bond for the rest of our natural lives.”

Earlier this year, an unknown source told Sunday World that Sello was kicked out of their family home due to his wife discovering that he had engaged in flirtatious conversations with an old flame.

However, the recent posts suggest that these statements are far from too as their relationship continues going from strength to strength.
