Exciting developments are on the horizon for Sea Point, Cape Town, as the popular Tasha’s restaurant prepares to open a new location within the much-anticipated Dolce Vita mixed-use development.

Located on the vibrant Regent Road, this establishment is set to transform the culinary landscape of the area and attract food enthusiasts from across the city.

With construction actively underway, the temporary site containers that once cluttered the corner have been removed, marking a significant milestone in the development’s progress.

By the end of June, the ground floor space will be fully handed over to Tasha’s, allowing for an eagerly awaited fit-out. Renowned for its chic atmosphere and delectable cuisine, Tasha’s is poised to add a touch of flair to this trendy neighbourhood, as first reported by property broker Ash Muller.

The development’s highlights do not end with Tasha’s. On the eighth floor, the Kove Collection will also be commencing their restaurant fit-out.

Celebrated for their portfolio of luxury dining experiences, which includes esteemed venues such as Chinchilla, Paranga and The Bungalow, Kove is expected to deliver another spectacular offering. Patrons can anticipate breathtaking views that will surely complement their exquisite menu choices.

The build itself has shown visible signs of transformation, with scaffolding now enveloping the structure as developers shift their focus to the outer walls. The installation of glass shopfronts and aluminium frames is giving the building a defined and polished aesthetic, moving it away from its former construction zone appearance.

This new mixed-use development, named Dolce Vita, comprises a total of 65 apartments, ranging from studio to three-bedroom configurations.

Designed by the architectural firm Robert Silke & Partners and developed by the Berman Brothers Group, properties are priced between R3 million and R9.2 million, appealing to a diverse audience of prospective buyers and investors.
