South African social media personality and influencer Sbahle Mpisane has used her large platform to slam rumours alleging that she was involved in an affair with The Real Housewives of Durban star Annie Mthembu’s husband.

The rumours were first ignited when the Instagram gossip blog Maphepha Ndaba shared the dm that they received from a follower who claimed to have seen Mpisane and Annie’s husband, Durban businessman Kgolo ‘Da Guru’ Mthembu together.

“Good morning admin isigaxa phela [a bombshell] I saw Sbahle Mpisane with Kgolodaguru at Capital Hotel in Durban on Monday, they were even holding hands. I couldn’t take a picture because I was with my bag him and Kgolo greeted each other. I feel sorry for [Annie] that guy is trash,” the follower said.

I’m sorry! This is actually A LOT ?No man. https://t.co/J0KMd0YH7V pic.twitter.com/QcudgixLDO

Mpisane denied the allegations made against her, saying that she was alone at the Capital Pearls Hotel in Durban.

“I don’t know why and how my name is involved here,” The South African quoted her as saying.
