The Hey Neighbour Festival has added another global superstar to its list of performers, and it is none other than award-winning Nigerian artist Rema.

Known for his hit song Calm Down (which also features award-winning songstress Selena Gomez), Rema is set to headline on the second day of the festival – Saturday, 9 December – alongside rap superstar Kendrick Lamar at the Legends Adventure Farm in Pretoria. Headlining the first day (Friday, 8 December) and third day (Sunday, 10 December) is Khalid and The Chainsmokers, and Swedish House Mafia and H.E.R., respectively.

Radio host Thando Thabethe made the announcement on 947’s Drive with Thando. News of Rema’s participation was also shared at the festival’s media day.
