When it comes to her relationship with the rest of mzansi Rachel Kolisi and some the parts of the public have not always seen eye to eye.

For years the wife of the Springbok captain found herself being the subject of cyberbullying because of her interracial marriage to Siya and has often been criticised for how she has decided to raise her family.

Many would recall a time in 2020 when Rachel was accused of failing to embrace her daughter’s natural curls after she opted to have them beautifully straightened. This ultimately led her to hit back at trolls and take her stand as a parent.

Thankfully, the storm has calmed in recent years and the blonde beauty has now found a special place in the hearts of many South Africans.

In a recent post, fans expressed joy after Rachel took to social media to share Kezia’s latest hairstyle – braids.

In a post on the social media app, she wrote:

“Kezi’s first time getting braids. I am so obsessed!”

The post shows the proud mother gracefully bonding with her youngest daughter as they show off her hairstyle which contained a mixture of pink and black braids.

Impressed by the final finish many took to the comment section to share their thoughts.

“Love the braids on her. It’s the pink highlights for me,” commented one user.

A second user wrote: “This girl is growing way too fast, I love it.”

Crediting Rachel for her role in the broader country and work with the Kolisi Foundation, a third wrote: “A phenomenal and inspirational woman.”

Rachel and her husband Siya have relocated back to South Africa following a brief stint in France. Siya however is spending his time with the Springboks in Argentina while Rachel has been taking care of some logistics.
