Rachel Kolisi, the wife of Springbok captain, Siya Kolisi, shared snippets of her workouts, revealing a throwback picture of her daughter, Keziah, joining her workout at five months old.
In an Instagram post, Rachel uploaded a picture and video of her and Keziah at a workout, with Keziah showing impressive form with her squats. Rachel then posted two throwback pictures of Keziah by her side during her previous workouts, including one of a five-month-old Keziah climbing over her mom as she lies down after an intense workout.
“The way she widens her eyes as she balances ???? also, you literally gave birth to not only your photocopy but a whole gym partner! ?❤?,” wrote @nicky_d_.
