Rachel Kolisi has started the relocation process by heading to Paris to house hunt and look for possible schools for her children, as the Kolisi family prepares for the big move to France after Siya accepted a contract offer from French club Racing 92.

Rachel revealed that she was able to squeeze in two precious minutes with her husband Siya in between their respective flights. Siya was returning from France after playing a game for the Sharks, while Rachel was on her way there to look for schools and a place for the family to stay.

“One incoming, one outgoing ? But grateful to see him for 2 minutes. He just got home from France and I’m on my way there! (Paris)
School and House hunting ? ?? Pray for me,” she wrote on her Instagram timeline.

The South African posted a screenshot of Rachel’s Instagram story in which she said finding a new school was one of the hardest things for a parent to do. The couple has two children together, Nicholas (7) and Keziah (5).

“A very full day today of school visits! Must be one of the hardest decisions for parents to make. So much to consider, and super challenging when it’s completely different to what you’ve experienced! But blooms are all around to keep reminding me of a new season,” she said in one story

In another story, Rachel visited the American School of Paris and managed to post a video of the school’s facilities to show the kids.

“Unreal to see so many different nationalities in one school. Tried taking videos of things I thought the kids might like to see, without capturing any of the students, so here’s a basketball court,” she said.
