Places you can experience a Safari in WC this Easter Weekend

With the long weekend fast approaching, now may be the best time for you and your family to explore the beauty of South Africa and enjoy the enchanting outdoor experiences on offer.

Who said mzansi is a boring country to live in? There is so much to do and even more to explore, from the beautiful small towns of the Western and Northern Cape to the lush Drakensberg mountains, this easter could be the one that will leave you standing in awe.

Among some of the most popular attractions that are on offer are our country’s big five.

While the Kruger National Park might be a bit too far of a journey to travel in the span of a weekend, those residing in the Western Cape or its neighbouring provinces would be thrilled to discover that you can experience what it is like to see the lion, buffalo, cheetah, rhino as well as the elephant from the comfort of your own back yard.

This is because the province is not only known for its tranquil beaches and high mountain tops, but also prides itself on being home to much of our wildlife. It is here that you can escape and enjoy immersing yourself in the wild by venturing on a safari.

Here are some of the best places where you can go on Safari in the Western Cape:
