Phelo Bala shares progress on his fitness journey

Reality TV star and musician, Phelo Bala, is reaping the fruits of his hard work after he chose sobriety and committed to 30 days of fitness.

Phelo, who is known for his stint on The Bala Family, shared his first update after he chose to embark on the journey of body transformation. This followed after he successfully completed a six-month substance abuse recovery program in rehab. From the reality show, his family showed concern over Phelo’s consumption of alcohol and how he acted out when he was drunk.

With his several drunk episodes, Phelo took a brave step of turning his life around positively by joining Christianity, leading to his baptism and challenging himself to a 30-day body transformation.

The last born of the Bala family recently took to his Instagram page to share the progress of his body on his fitness journey. He posted two pictures against each other, the first one is when he started the journey, over three weeks ago. While another one is his recent picture. If the pictures are anything to go by, Phelo seems to be putting in work at the gym, as this shows on his arms, which are now more firmer, his waist a bit thinner and a slight difference on the shoulders.

In his post, he jokingly remarked that his abs are still pending. He described this update as small changes and big commitments. Earlier, Phelo described this journey as not only about physical change but about embracing discipline.
