Pearl Thusi stars and co-produces a Nigerian movie

South African actress Pearl Thusi is undoubtedly one of the most hard-working actors in the country.

The actress who starred in the U.S series Quantico, season 1 of Queen Sono and movies such as Scorpion King, and Catching Feelings, announced her new movie project to her friends and social media followers.

Pearl, who is the queen of making silent moves, posted what seems to be a movie cover, a picture of herself, draped in a long red high slit dress, with the title “Her Perfect Life.”

She captioned her post, “HER PERFECT LIFE”, Or is it…? ❤️‍?. A @moabudu films short. keep swiping for some special behind the scenes of this feature we shot in Lagos, Nigeria with some of the best crew on the continent.”

“From your leading lady and producer.  See you at the festivals!”

Pearl also thanked God for His love, adding “God has been so good to me. I’m grateful.”

The actor shortly added a second post appreciating Nigeria, she wrote, ” One of many photo dumps of my time in Nigeria for, “Her Perfect Life.”

She also added, “I go to Nigeria a lot, so this wasn’t even the last time I was there.  I just feel like going memory lane.”

Her friends and followers shared in her excitement by congratulating her.

Model and businesswoman Babalwa Mneno commented, “Is that my @kabelo_t I’m seein there!! Awwww I miss workin with him!!! WELLDONE Xola!!!! WELLDONE @moabudu.”

Film maker and producer Moabudu added, “Much love dearest Pearl Thusi. We had an awesome time together.”

One of her supporters who wished to see the film asked, “Will it be on Netflix or Amazon? Or will it be at the cinema in South Africa and Nigeria? Pls kindly answer me when u get a chance.”

Another supported shared, “Ever since Queen Sono, I’ve been a @pealthusi fan.”
