Nota Baloyi receive hot slap from Sizwe Alkaline after disagreement

“When it rains, it pours” seems to be the perfect phrase to sum up the infamous writer and artist manager Nhlamulo Nota Baloyi’s current predicament as shortly after he was arrested on charges of rape, the writer was struck by Sizwe Alkaline after reportedly disrespecting the musician.

Nota is an individual who, in his career in the music industry has been notorious for speaking his mind, often to the detriment of others. His outspoken nature, and lack of regard for what others think or say about him have garnered him his current reputation as a villain in the industry. Even serious matters such as rape allegations have not tamed Nota down, as he is still extremely vocal about the matter on social media, in an effort to clear his name, it seems.

Equally controversial entertainment commentator Musa Khawula took to his X(formerly Twitter) to report that Sizwe Alkaline slapped Nota at the ‘Back to the City’ festival after Nota disrespected him.

Nota confirmed that the incident occurred in response to Musa, pinning a video where is sat with music legend DJ Sbu addressing the incident between Sizwe and himself. In the short snippet, Nota can be seen saying “He was visibly upset, and I wasn’t sure why, he can’t even say. He’s making a scene and I tell him ‘You’ve got 4 kids and I’m not one of them.”

Furthermore, in the response, Nota alleges that Sizwe is a deadbeat father, who assaults people who give him honest criticism about his music. Continuing, Nota says Sizwe’s conduct will repel brands from wanting to work with him.

Brands won’t want to be associated with a deadbeat father of four that goes around assaulting people for their honest opinions about his mediocre music. Musa, you should be ashamed of yourself if you weren’t shameless! pic.twitter.com/HBnIh3sKqJ

Humoured by the incident and Nota’s general predicament, internet users are not holding back in poking fun at him. Some are of the opinion that his unfortunate luck is a result of his own unpleasant actions towards others.

Lol this is clearly not Notas year???
