TikTok is one platform that puts res chronicles to light in a comedic form, most of them are about students stealing each other’s food, clothes, among other things, with most of them leading to a heated exchange or threats.

This time things panned out differently, when a margarine that belonged to Siya Magingxa, a male student in the Eastern Cape, disappeared from the refrigerator. What shocked the internet users is how calm he was when he asked about his margarine, all he kept on saying was niyandibhida (you are confusing me), we are not fighting, please bring back the margarine.

The voice note from a WhatsApp group was shared on social media by a TikTok user with a username, @khanya_gqali, this clip accumulated many likes and views, most TikTok users were amused by this VN with some curious to see his face, while some were guessing which course he is studying by hearing his voice.

“Please help me find him, I want to buy him a carry pack of Rama,” said one user.

Another user said: “Waze waphola (he is so calm).”

While another one said: “As polite as he sounds, they know what he’s capable of, that’s why beyibuyisile (they brought it back).”

In a follow-up VN, Siya gave feedback that his margarine was brought back. He also surprised many TikTok users when he said everyone at res can use his margarine.

While another one said: “When I grow up I wanna be this calm.”
