New season of The Mommy Club unveiled

The Mommy Club has recently launched another franchise which is a spinoff that will introduce mzansi to affluent Durban mommies from the Indian community.

Produced by POP24, the Sugar & Spice version is set to premier on the 8th of August, with new episodes airing every Thursday on Showmax.

As Showmax reported, one of the mommies that will captivate our attention on the show is the 41-year-old, Abigail Nepaul. She is a lawyer who practices notarial and conveyancing law alongside her husband in Durban; while raising two daughters, Azuri and Careira, aged eight and six.

Another one is Asharia Parsad, she is a 27-year-old optometrist who describes herself as mature and conservative. She has a four-month-old baby boy, Veer together with her high school sweetheart, now husband Trivesh.

The 26-year-old Christina Devraj will also be joining the cast, she is married to a newly qualified doctor Nate. The couple met in varsity while she was studying towards her law degree at Howard. They are raising their 15-month-old baby, Jordan.

Another mommy who will be gracing our screens is Devina Kowlas, she is a 43-year-old former teacher married to insurance magnate Lavine Kowlas. Devina raises her two children with her husband, they have Loniqa who is 11-years-old and their son, Vihaan who is eight. Showmax revealed that the doting mother has had several unsuccessful pregnancies.

Kim Jones will also be gracing the screens as a 33-year-old expectant mother who loves her coffee. She is an entrepreneur and a brand strategist who is married to Matt Jones, a former rugby player who is a DJ by night and business owner by day.

Another mommy is Lenore Goss- Matjie; she is a 45-year-old mother of three, who is married to Nelville Matjie. Lenore has two daughters; Meah who is studying Medicine, and Jiyaana, a 15-year-old debater. Additionally she has a son named Allesondro who plays soccer.

Another one is Losh Naidoo, a 46-year-old mom who has triplet daughters named Dashriya, Daneha and Dayika. She is a qualified occupational therapist and is married to Neven Naidoo, a renowned Orthopaedic surgeon in Durban.

Natasha Singh Bugwandin is among the cast, she is a 36-year-old international supermodel from Phoenix who recently got married. She is a step mother to two older children; Sohnia who is 24 and Sunar who is 18.

Lastly, there is Resh Naidoo she is Losh’s twin sister and is also married to Prevan Naidoo, the owner of Baking Pan, an outlet that caters to the Durban community. Resh has two children; Miashca, 18 and 16-year-old Thishae.
