Rumours began circulating online earlier this week after posts alleged that Ndoyisile had been detained in an immigration-related incident. The claims quickly gained traction across social media platforms, sparking widespread debate and speculation among users.
However, Ndoyisile has now responded to the allegations, denying that he was ever arrested or detained by immigration authorities. He labelled the circulating reports as “fake news” and urged the public not to believe unverified information being shared online.
“Amanga azonishiya kuma ‘Holding cell’ (Lies will land you in holding cells). This should open your eyes about the people who love spreading gossip. They will write anything to get views. Sesifela le (We’re suffering for) Facebook and X monetisation.”
At the time the rumours spread, no official confirmation had been issued by immigration authorities or any law enforcement body, and details surrounding the alleged incident remained unclear.
The content creator, who has recently been in the spotlight following his public ambitions to become a television presenter, said the situation highlights how quickly misinformation can spread on social media.

Online reactions to his denial have been mixed, with some users welcoming his clarification while others called for more transparency around how the rumours started in the first place.
One user said: “Not me seeing this post after reading that you are ‘allegedly’ arrested, sana.”
Another one said: “This had me dead. Apparently, you are under police custody, you are going to be deported soon after court because you are here illegally mabesho sana (allegedly). Ithini into? (what’s happening?)”
Immigration-related claims often attract significant attention online, particularly when linked to public figures. However, authorities generally caution the public against spreading unverified information that could harm reputations or create unnecessary panic.
Ndoyisile’s response appears to have calmed some of the speculation, though discussions around the original claims continue to circulate across various platforms. For now, he has urged followers to rely only on verified information and avoid engaging in gossip-driven narratives online.
