The documentary, called I love it here is named after his latest album and will follow the usually-private Nasty C’s life in the studio, with family and friends and his social life. It premieres on Thursday 28 September on DSTV Channel 322 (MTV Base)

Nasty recently dropped his I love it here album and said that he was really excited about doing the project, which includes a feature from his girlfriend, Sammie Heavens, and his newborn son, TimesLIVE reported.

“It was really dope, we had a lot of fun. Making this project was such a wholesome experience. There was so much love and good energy in every room we were in.

“Sam is an actual poet, she is sick. I really wanted to have her on it. She did a four to six-bar poem at the end of the intro. I also featured my son. I took his cries and things like that and put them on his song,” he said.

The rapper is currently enjoying a very successful year with many highlights. Among becoming a father and releasing his new album, the rapper is currently touring with Cassper Nyovest on an African Throne Tour, as well as being nominated for an award at the African Entertainment Awards.
