Nasty C reacts after a man jumps on stage

by Bongiwe Mati
Nasty C makes history as first African artist to have Shazam Exclusive Playlist

Nsikayesizwe “Nasty C” Ngcobo and Refiloe Phoolo famously known as Cassper Nyovest have been touring Africa on their African Throne World Tour the past few weeks. Preforming in Zambia recently, a shocked Nasty C retaliated and started punching a man after he jumped on stage and headed towards him.

Security guards immediately jumped on-stage dragging the intruder off while fans started shouting. A clearly annoyed Nasty C who had dropped his microphone after seeing the man, proceeded to pick it up and quietly moved as the music had gone off.

A social media account belonging to the artist’s fans shared:

More users commented:

It was very wrong of Nasty c to behave in that manner. This guy paid to watch him. Yes, he was out of line, but he wasn’t showing violent signs. Your Zulu negative comments r irrelevant guys

Nasty C was right. That was self defense. Quick & swift! That how we lost Supa Mega by allowing unknowns to come into close range & execute.
Nasty could easily have been knifed by that person.
We won’t ululate fans being rowdy like that. Not in these times. Stay off stage. https://t.co/5oxqBtslDN
