Mzansi users react to Thuli Phonogolo’s R7M Lamborghini Urus

Actress and DJ Thuli Phonogolo’s new R7 million Lamborghini Urus has raised many eyebrows as some internet users question her line of work.

The former Generations actress is forever securing the bag as she has gone to purchase many luxurious things. However, the recent purchase, has internet users asking themselves where she got the money from.

Showcasing her R7 million Lambo on her Instagram stories, she captioned: “Took my girls for a spin.”

Despite now being a Lambo owner, many X (formerly known as Twitter) users alluded that she got the car from her on-and-off again boyfriend DJ Maphorisa, who has also been labelled as the alleged ‘grootman’ of the industry as many artists have come forward to state that they never got the monies they deserved for the songs they have done.

DJ Maphorisa has also made headlines for his Instagram rant regarding the Samthing Soweto song accreditation issue where he stated that the musician was just a feature, even going on to remove his vocals from the song.

Taking to the comment section on the platform users alluded that DJ Maphorisa doesn’t pay his artists royalties.
