‘My peace is my daily priority’ – says Mome

Reality TV queen and CEO of Mome Wellness, Mome Mahlangu has decided she won’t entertain any talks around her marriage, since the separation and divorce rumor from her husband Tol A$$ Mo started.

This comes shortly after Tol A$$ Mo opened up on DJ Fresh’s WHAT A WEEK (WAW) podcast about his marriage and what the rape allegations that were leveled against him by model Lerato Moloi had done to his marriage.

Answering Fresh’s question on what the status of his relationship with Mome was, Tol A$$ Mo responded saying that they were separated and in the process of filing for a divorce.

He commented, “People grow, we grew apart, we went through so many struggles in our relationship. I was there for her as much as she was there for me. It really hursts me so much, we have reached a point where things are not working between the two of us.”

He also commented that he had no desire to marry a black woman again, adding that Mome was not the reason for his decision and shifting the blame to the trauma caused by the rape allegations that he was later acquitted for.

Since her husband’s comments about their marriage, Mome has kept her cool, responding to none of it all and living her life in their farmhouse outside the busy life of Johannesburg.

Sharing a screengrab of her trending name on X formerly known as Twitter, Mome captioned her post:

“Let them talk about you cause when they talk about themselves No one pays attention or listens …. I’m not Coming to platforms that mess with people’s mental health even for a pay cheque because I love me with a healthy mind …. Andizi my peace is my daily priority, love to self ?❤️? ….”
