Motlatsi and Gabisile invite listeners into their love story with introduction of new single

Celebrity couple Motlatsi Mafatshe and Gabisile Tshabalala are ready to take their relationship to the next level as they invite some of their most devoted fans along the ride with the announcement of their latest single, uBuhle Bendoda.

This is said to be the couple’s first ever Afro Soul project that they have done together. Both are well known public figures and are often known for their roles in some of mzansi’s top local productions, Motlatsi is best known for his role as Sechaba Moloi in Isidingo, while Gabi as she is affectionately known, has been on many other productions like Hola Mpinji and Losing Lerato.

The pair have both previously been married but after their respective relationships went sour, they found love in one another.

Speaking about their unique relationship, they two recently had an interview with SowetanLive where they expressed that their good friendship is what has set a solid foundation for their love story.

“One of our best experiences in this relationship is that Gabi and I get to write music. We get to spend time together and because friendship is the anchor of our inion, I always look forward to spending time with her in the studio,” explained Motlatsi.

With both being in the public eye for acting and singing, fans have now labelled the two as being an “it” couple, despite this Gabi shares that she feels no need to live up to the expectations of others when it comes to their relationship.

At the moment they want to take this time and enjoy what they do, and that is making music.

“At the moment, music and hosting gigs as a couple is our priority,” she told SowetanLive.

Their hopes are for their latest single to become a hit and celebrate love and unity at weddings, anniversary parties and other special occasions.
