Minnie Ntuli makes shocking return to Gagasi FM

by Staff Bona

Minnie Ntuli, a beloved radio presenter on Gagasi FM’s breakfast show The Uprising, has made her return to the airwaves following a brief hiatus that began in July.

She rejoined co-host Felix Hlophe to resume her role—an announcement warmly received by listeners who flooded social media with messages of support.

Her time away stemmed from a fractious fallout during The Real Housewives of Durban reunion, where a heated confrontation with cast member Londie London resulted in Minnie’s emotional backlash: hurling a cushion and poking Londie while accusing her of dishonouring her parents. Londie, in turn, labelled Minnie a “bully,” and the exchange rapidly spiralled, prompting widespread backlash.

Gagasi FM publicly addressed the incident, stating that Minnie had expressed remorse—apologizing to the production team and co-stars—and reaffirming the station’s commitment to “reconciliation” and professionalism. The station noted that both parties are media professionals and suggested they could potentially collaborate again in the future.

Gagasi FM got so many tags and decided to issue a statement that basically says nothing regarding @Minnie_ntuli bullying Londie London on #RHODurban S5!

They should have just stayed quiet!

During Minnie’s absence, fellow radio presenter Nkulee Mbatha filled in as co-host. Fans expressed that while they appreciated Nkulee’s efforts, many felt that no one could match the energy and chemistry of the original duo.
