Mawhoo’s former PA opens up about unfair dismissal

Mixing business with pleasure is always a no-go zone. Award-winning singer Mawho (born Thandeka Nontobeko Ngema) let go of another PA.

Last year, Mawhoo let go of her sister as her PA after they were not seeing eye to eye. It was reported that she fired her sister because she wanted to steal her limelight and went as far as throwing her out of their rented apartment. However, according to ZiMoja, the sisters are now back working together.

Soon after their fallout, Mawhoo got someone else as her PA and make-up artist, a social media influencer, Kuhle Plaatjies who is allegedly her friend who was confirmed by Noxolo to be fired.

A source close shared that Kuhle was fired because she was too comfortable around her Boss(Mawhoo). It is said that she took Mawhoo’s kindness for granted and started acting like they were friends.

“They are not friends, Mawhoo is kind that is who she is but she was at work and she needed to deliver at the end of the day,” said the source.

Kuhle who is obviously not okay about this decision says she wants to reveal what really happened. “I am not okay, I am trying to be strong, but I am not okay,” she said.

It is always said that doing business with people you know personally is always hard, however, one needs to be able to draw the line between the two so that things go a bit smoother and better.

Mawhoo is reportedly not the only one who recently let go of an employee. Limpopo singer Kharishma recently charted trends when she fired her friend and manager, Mam-see Ribane, over financial misconduct allegations.
