by Zintle Mdaka

The Humanitarian award winner and content creator, Mandisi Tshingana is at it again; this time he is collecting funds to assist with the burial of the beloved late TikTok user, Thimna Xhamela.

The content creator has gained trust from internet users, as this is not his first donation collection. He has collected for the likes of actress, Brenda Ngxoli and the first runner-up of Big Brother Mzansi, Uyanda Hlangabezo.

Mandisi took to his Facebook page to share that the Xhamela family reached out to him, asking him to assist the family with raising funds as they need support with his burial costs. According to him, the family will need the money for additional burial costs, and he wished to send the money to the family on Thursday.

The internet users took to the initiative with warm hearts, raising R20 000 in two hours.

On the latest post, Mandisi shared that they raised over R32 000 for Thimna, who was fondly known as untondo kamamakhe (the last born). His Facebook followers are amazed by Mandisi’s capabilities of raising so many funds in a short space of time, leading to praises filling his posts. One chef in the comment section shared that if he had enough funds he would provide catering services free of charge.
