It appears that when one loves, they show up, no matter the consequences. This can be seen when a man that studied together with his girlfriend showed up with a surprise at the graduation ceremony to celebrate her, despite failing his course, leading to him not being able to graduate with his lover.

The pair that attended classes at the Central University of Technology in Bloemfontein may have fantasised about walking up the stage together to collect their qualifications and celebrate the results of endurance through thick and thin with their books, among their friends and families.

However, plans were ruined when the boyfriend failed his course. TikTok users celebrated him because this turbulence did not stop him from supporting his girlfriend.

A TikTok user who goes by the username of @bonkeeh013 shared a clip of him dressed to the nines, walking to the campus hall where the graduation ceremony seemingly takes place. He has a bouquet of flowers that are nicely wrapped, and it seems like he is ready to give it to his girlfriend after her graduation.

The clip is captioned: “Your girlfriend is graduating and you failed, but you decided to go and support her.”

Commanding him for his actions, TikTok users took to the comment section to share their thoughts.

One user said: “Yoh, I was graduating for the second time and my ex didn’t even try to be happy coz he doesn’t know the gaudier song.”

Another one said, “Let’s make him president.”

While another one said: “Your time will come in the name of almighty God.”
