When it comes to supporting our local talent, none share a deep love for their favourite stars like South African fans. Many would find themselves going to the ends of the earth to attend nearly every event, live performance or meet and greet session to show just how much their heroes mean to them.

One person who can now testify to this is rapper and songwriter, Maglera Doe Boy. After going viral on TikTok following the release of his single Never Ride, the rapper whose real name is Tokelo Moyakhe’s career has skyrocketed, causing die-hard fans to sing his praises ever since then.

In a heart-warming post, one fan recently proved just how much the artist meant to him after he decided to have Maglera’s face tattooed onto his body.

Taking to Instagram page, the rapper reposted the artwork, expressing his appreciation for the support and kind gesture.

As a result, he has confirmed that the fan, Theodoren Vee, is now considered to be family.

“No such thing as a ‘fan’ with people who appreciate my art.”

“We family. That is why I call everybody cousin. This is the first time I see someone put my face on their body permanently.”
