Makhadzi’s Mbofholowa album reaches 1 million streams days after release

Singer, songwriter and record label owner Makhadzi reached a milestone when she hit one million streams for her new album Mbofholowa, just two days after its release.

The album was released on the 22nd of September and features 15 songs.

Makhadzi is no stranger to success as she has had a very impressive 2023. Her hits such as Dear Ex and Movie have been on people’s lips since they were release.

The Movie singer has also been heavily booked for both local and international gigs. Her recent performance at the Phalaphala FM‘s Royal Heritage Festival saw the queen of dance singing while floating in the air, a stunt performed by the likes of international superstars user, Beyonce and Kanye West.

Taking  to her social media, Makhadzi shared with her millions of followers the streaming news, capturing her post:

“1milion streams in 2days thank you ? ??.”

The singer’s social media comment section was filled with many congratulatory messages for the announcement from the singers friends and followers.

Many shared:

Cheers to Mbofholowo ?? here’s to many more STREAMS… Makhadzi Entertainment to the world ???❤️‍??? UNSTOPPABLE.”

???? you are hot the album is hot keep doing what you do makhadzi ???.”

On the singer’s Facebook page, her followers shared:

“That’s awesome congratulations ? queen ? but l thank you very much for giving us more happiness with your music, keeping going queen.”

“Congratulations, you worked so hard on this one?????.”
