Adding to her list of award nominations and her recent Metro FM Best Female Artist win, the energetic global superstar shared a voting link with her followers, for her Basadi in Women Music Award Artist of the Year nomination.
The awards ceremony aims to celebrate and uplift women while showcasing the possibilities of the greater height’s women can reach if given the platform.
Makhadzi is up against artists such as Uncle Waffles, Lizwi, Skye Wanda and Lwah Ndlunkulu.
Makhadzi shared with her followers:

The award ceremony is set to take place on August 12, at the Joburg Theatre. Tickets cost R300 and can be purchased through the Joburg Theatre website at www.joburgtheatre.com.
