MacG always on Minnie Dlamini’s case? There’s something brewing

Mac G has sparked outrage with his disparaging and insensitive comments about Minnie Dlamini’s recent breakup with Dr. Brian Monaisa.

On his podcast, Podcast and Chill, Mac G questioned why Minnie “can’t keep a man” and speculated about her personal hygiene, suggesting she might have body odour issues. These comments were met with widespread criticism, with many accusing Mac G of being misogynistic and insensitive.

Mac G’s remarks were made during a discussion about Minnie’s breakup with Dr. Brian Monaisa on his podcast. He suggested that there might be something wrong with Minnie, sparking a heated debate online.

MacG suggests that Minnie Dlamini’s private part might have an unpleasant smell, following her recent breakup with Dr. Brian Monaisa.

The public reacted swiftly and fiercely, with many defending Minnie and criticising Mac G for his comments. Some have even called for Podcast and Chill to issue a public apology.

ANC MP Khusela Diko has called for the regulation of podcasts after Mac G’s comments about Minnie Dlamini. She described Mac G’s comments as “misogynistic, hurtful and have no place in our society”.

The regulation of podcasts is a complex issue, with some arguing that it would stifle free speech and creativity.

Minnie Dlamini has not publicly responded to Mac G’s comments, choosing instead to focus on her career. Her ex-partner, Dr. Brian Monaisa, however, has defended her, saying that Mac G and Sol Phenduka have a problem with successful women.
