Business associates close to controversial businessman Leeroy Sidambe advise him to stay away from his ex-girlfriend influencer and businesswoman Mihali Ndamase after abuse allegations against him have spiralled online.

The former couple who have been on and off since their breakup last year recently made headlines after Mihali posted and deleted cryptic pictures of her bruised face with the caption, “Thank you, angel @leeroysidambe,” causing many internet users to allude that Leeroy had been abusive during their relationship.

In what is now a he-said-she-said online feud between the two, they accuse one another of abusive and controlling behaviour leaving internet users not knowing if they are really in the wrong.

After releasing a statement on Instagram, Leeroy’s business associates have since advised him to dump Mihali as they suggest she is ruining his business and brand.

Speaking to the news publication, TshisaLIVE, a close source said, “His marriage to his wife was well intact and it never interfered with business, until it was documented in the open through his new relationship with Mihlali; from then it has been negative reports and it is not helping the business. Imagine being on media outlets every week for the wrong reasons and on the other hand you need to chair meetings — it’s like he is living in a circus.” Another source added that the businessman should dump Mihali, as nothing good was coming from them being together.

In an open letter posted on Mihali’s YouTube channel about the toxic relationship she was in with the businessman, she cited that there had been a history of abuse both verbally and physically, adding that, she needed support to heal from this abuse.

Internet users have since commented on the video with some feeling as though the relationship was doomed from the start, given that she was dating someone who had not finalised his divorce from his ex-wife Mary-Jane Sidmabe.
