Gather your tissues and ice cream tubs because Langa Mavuso is about to grace our hearts with a song we never knew we needed to hear.

Langa is a South African singer and songwriter who made his debut to the music scenes in 2017. Since then, this vocally talented artist has captivated the hearts of many with his soulful and soothing sound.

The range and the versatility of his sound has carried many through heartbreaks and life obstacles, with songs such as Home, Intliziyo, Sunday Blues, Love Lost and many others.

Langa’s euphonious voice delivers an urban soul and R&B sound that captures hearts and takes them through an emotional journey with his heartfelt music.

Not only is this delivered through his gentle voice but also through his heartwarming songwriting ability.

Langa shared on his Instagram that he would be dropping his new single You Live On that he performed at this year’s SAMAs.

Upon hearing this song, many alluded that this new single is a beautiful dedication to someone dear to Langa who is no longer. With this being said, internet users knew that these sincere lyrics were dedicated to his lover Chef Lenstwe Bhengu who passed on earlier this year in March.

The title of the song are words that have been noted on a post that Langa has penned for his partner.
