The tale of King Monada is extremely inspirational. The Limpopo native has overcome many odds to become one of the country’s biggest stars. Born Khutso Steven Kgatla, Limpopo’s unofficial king recently purchased a Ford Raptor bakkie and has taken extra precautionary measures to ensure his newest baby’s safety.

The Ska bora moreki singer is fresh out of a scandal after the singer was a no-show to his court case where he was to defend himself against Limpopo Legends Awards organiser Mphoza Mashabela. He is now moving on, and focusing on what is important, such as keeping his newly purchased car safe from the dangers of the world.

On his social media, Monada is seen having fun with his followers, teasing that he has taken the responsibility of safeguarding the raptor quite seriously by becoming a security guard. In the video, he can be seen patrolling around the orange monster car.

“This raptor is giving me sleepless nights,” he captioned the post.

The Dzena Mo singer was not done, as he returned with a second video and this time, he donned attire similar to the ones worn by a traditional healer. Monada is seated next to his car while pretending to be performing a sort of ritual for his latest purchase.

“You can’t buy this type of car and relax ??‍♂️ @fordsouthafrica anyways good night guys,” he captioned.

Fans and supporters are having just as much fun as Monada, with some expressing how funny they find him. While some noted that it is quite peculiar that he was not as excited about purchasing a Mercedes G class, which is considered more luxurious.

I thought he would be more happy about this one since it’s more expensive pic.twitter.com/MC2gQFx1qD
