Khanyisa Unfiltered: Nox the fox RHOGQ skit

Social media sensation, Khanyisa Madabula, popularly known as Khanyisa Unfiltered has been making us laugh till our stomach hurts with her comedic skits mostly depicting life in South Africa. From black family dynamics, politics, churches and state owned enterprises. Her videos started gaining traction in 2021 and she hasn’t stopped creating and producing since then.

What makes her videos fan favorites is the level of relatability in them, especially for black South Africans. Many of her videos take us back to our childhoods as she depicts our mothers as if she lived in the same houses as us. Others will remind you of that unforgettable encounter you had a with a public servant and they read you for filth.

Her latest instalment of funny came just after the announcement of the “The Real Housewives of Gqebrha” franchise and she killed it. Khanyisa created her own character, “Nox the fox” and her followers were blown away by her creative brilliance, many demanding a “Nox the Fox” character. If you have ever been to Gqeberha or were raised there, you most definitely are familiar with a “Not the fox” character and Khanyisa got her down to a tee.

She first introduced us to “Nox the fox” in a confessional and in true Nox style, she had already had a squabble with the ladies.

What blew everyone away was ‘Nox the fox’s” tagline for the show, “I’m Nox the fox, the one who used to beatbox, my son just beat chicken pox.”
