Big Brother Mzansi housemates and viewers were left reeling in shock after Florence Mphirime popularly known as Kay B was disqualified from the show.

This follows after her fellow housemate Bokang Chephetsa aka Beekay revealed that she physically violated him.

In light of this sensitive matter, Big Brother took it upon themselves to delve deep into the matter and get to the bottom of it as the safety of housemates is prioritised on the show.

After careful consideration and the seriousness of this allegation, the Bloemfontein native was immediately disqualified from the reality show.

Following investigations from Big Brother, housemate Kay B will immediately be evicted from the Big Brother Mzansi house.

According to housemates, this incident occurred shortly after the educational session that was held with all housemates recently to raise awareness and instil knowledge about gender-based violence (GBV).

The session was prompted by the conversation that was between the evicted Bongiwe Booi, known as Bonni Bee, and Ashley Oogle which was perceived as insensitive to Kay B’s rape ordeal.

X (formerly Twitter) users weighed in on the matter:

I’m so disappointed in KayB.
What she did was really wrong & she deserved that disqualification.?

You literally went through a traumatic experience but you still had the gull to inappropriately touch other people ??

Yo ha.a I’m so annoyed !?

You deserve that love you crave.
