After a few construction delays that took what felt like an eternity, there is finally light at the end of the tunnel for Kabelo Motha, who is more affectionately known as the king of amapiano, Kabza de Small as his latest business venture, Piano Hub is now complete and ready for business.

Piano Hub is an innovative establishment growing and improving amapiano culture with the establishment acting as the epicentre for this, it is also an extension of Kabza’s already existing brand, named after his record label and popular album.

After much anticipation, the ‘Amazwe’ hit-maker took to his Instagram to announce that the opening originally scheduled for August is now finally upon us and will kick things off with the ‘Kabza & Friends’ event.

“Blessed by the gods,” the caption reads.

Serving as both a restaurant and a nightclub, PianoHub reflects the love and passion Kabza possesses for his craft and music in general. Located in the heart of Soweto, the establishment is sure to be an ambassador of the amapiano culture, highlighting how diverse and inclusive it can be as a genre.

Although an official line-up has not been confirmed, the anticipation for this event is already extremely high as Kabza’s catalogue contains hits that could get anyone off their feet and moving to the rhythm, as well as his exceptional technical skills and ability to read an audience make his sets purely intoxicating.

Furthermore, knowing the connections and access Kabza has in the industry, attendees are expecting nothing less than a star-studded lineup to warm people up for the ultimate performance.
