K.O questions SA’s leadership

by Staff Bona

Like many South Africans, K.O is fed up with the country’s decline. The rapper took to the social media app X (formerly Twitter) to air his grievances about the “decay and degeneration” of South Africa.

The Sete hitmaker started off by acknowledging that apartheid was inhumane and deserved to be abolished. Referring to the ruling party that is the African National Congress (ANC), the rapper then wrote, “Thank you for democracy but damn, did we deserve this type of leadership?? Watching the decay and degeneration of this country in real time is crushing. Some African states are progressing, we’re regressing… Lord help us.

You have a captive audience K.O, hopefully you can use your voice in further encouraging the politically apathetic youth of South Africa to vote. 2024 is the new 1994.

K.O also took to his Instagram Story to reminisce about the times where one could could buy luxury cars without having to worry about the state of the roads.

“I miss the days when one could buy any type of car they wanted in this country smh [shaking my head]… Makes zero economic sense these days buying a luxury sedan in SA given the state of our national roads. 4x4s kuphela… Our country is really gone, folks.”
