Izingane ZeSthembu reality star Vuyokazi Nciweni has sparked dating rumours with head chef, Xolani Sabelo, after he penned a romantic birthday note to her.

Vuyokazi had been dating her polygamist boyfriend, Mpumeleleo Mseleku, who on the reality show followed in his father’s footsteps by having polygamous relationships and intending to marry a virgin girl after impregnating both Vuyokazi and his second girlfriend Tirelo.

Although she was with Mpumelelo for a while, Vuyokazi stated on the reality show that she was no longer interested in wanting to make her relationship work due to her baby’s father’s decisions.

Many X (previously known as Twitter) users shared posts of Chef Xolani’s Instagram stories of him sharing his birthday message along with some gifts for the reality star’s birthday.

Xolani wrote, “Happy birthday to the love of my life. Thank you for trusting me with your heart; it is a gift I cherish deeply. On your special day, always know that you are loved, appreciated and celebrated. May this year bring us closer together and fill our lives with joy, laughter and adventure.”

Many X users took to the comment section to express their happiness for Vuyokazi given what she went through on the show with Mpumelelo.
