Fans of the hit soapie Scandal! were happy when rumours began swirling about a potential spin-off featuring none other than Kgomotso Christopher, who portrayed the iconic character Yvonne “YV” Langa.
This is after a recent post by popular entertainment commentator, @PhilMphela, on X (formerly Twitter). In his post, Phil revealed that there is a hint at a potential spin-off for the long-running soapie that has captivated millions of viewers across South Africa.
What truly fuelled the excitement, was the accompanying image of Yvonne “YV” Langa (played by Kgomotso Christopher) and Tebello(played by Litlhonolofatso Litlhakanyane), the young boy YV adopted after he came into her life through her late mother’s care.

Lemme respond on his behalf,hope u don’t mind lol. Its a new show that is derived from the original storyline,usually it involves the show’s secondary characters i.e the supporting cast. Eg. The Originals was a spin off of The Vampire Diaries.?
