Season four of The Real Housewives of Durban RHOD seems to be giving viewers good content for their money.

The reality show which many say is the best out of all other housewives shows in mzansi boasts a cast of seven strong and fierce women who are doing well in businesses while growing their families.

New cast members Ameigh Thompson, Angel Ndlela and Zama Ngcobo have each been a hot topic since the first episode.

Even though Ameigh joined the cast on the third episode, drama has been following her.

She was left emotional when Zama, a former SABC1 presenter suggested that she had faked a high jacking, a matter which is sensitive as she was with her kids when the incident occurred.

Zama receives a lot of backlash from the cast members and internet users who always share their views after an episode has been loaded.

After the fifth episode was loaded, many social media users voiced their opinions about the three cast members, commenting:
Referring to Angel the baby’s visit to the gynaecologist after she had said she had fertility issues and the doctor confirmed that there was nothing wrong with her, one user wrote:

Am I the only one who can see that

this girl is a liar coz 1st she was trying for kids then now uthi she’s not trying for kids till marriage. And now the gynae confirmed there is no infertility issues. #RHODurban pic.twitter.com/R53QtfzEnz

User @NanShinabge was clearly not impressed by the new ladies’ characters portrayal, commenting:

All in all the producers did us dirty by bringing these 3 ladies. It’s just a mess and then the old ladies get to sit back and sip their cocktails while these 3 are fighting for fame.

I hate this show!!! #RHODurban

(I’ll watch again next week and complain some more)

Another user suggested that Angel had manipulated others with the infertility comment for sympathy.

I also think Angel is manipulative #RHODurban pic.twitter.com/V7rGVLq5SE

Another user was just enjoying the drama, commenting:

Oh! The opening of this episode. This is the reality show I signed up for. I love a mess ?☕. “I never had to sleep with anyone to get hired at ukhozi FM”. Ameigh baby, you have my attention. Keep going!#RHODurban pic.twitter.com/VNd89scT3k
