Not everything that glitters is gold as the popular “forex trader” Themba Selahle, better known as Grootman reveals some incriminating information after attempting to get back with his ex-fiancé Gcinile.

The former couple were known on social media for their lavish lifestyle that included expensive gifts, dates and over-the-top branded clothing. Grootman and Gcinile were most users’ couple goal dreams.

Grootman on the other hand is known to be a “forex trader” who has been called out for allegedly scamming a lot of people into paying his trading courses to make them rich. However, the twist to buying his courses is that you never get your money back from your investment causing him to deactivate accounts when users question him.

Since their break up Grootman has been going on his Instagram account to demand his things from Gcinile where he also implicated her in his scamming activities alleging that she knew where the money was coming from.

Many X users felt that Grootman’s behaviour of abusive and he was manipulating Gcinile to get back together with him even going to the extreme of threatening to ‘unalive’ his ex’s current boyfriend.

One user commented:

Bro come-on! If Gcinile wanted to take that man down with his scamming shenanigans… she would’ve done that a long tym ago. The scamming whatever happened to be part of the threats paragraph that he sent. Was she supposed to hide that part only?

Another user said:

So quick to believe a man who’s obviously a liar

Another user posed the question of whether he was admitting to scamming people.

So he’s admitting he’s scammed people ?
