The internet is in a state of frenzy as Sibongile and The Dlamini’s come to an end after two seasons.

The popular Mzansi Wethu telenovela, which starred Nsikelelo Mthiyane, Ayanda Borotho, Menzi Biyela and Siyabonga Shibe, announced it won’t return for a third season.

The telenovela had a gripping storyline that followed a young woman’s journey of love and survival, which altered her destiny and the lives of those around her, including her employers and their vast business empire.

The show is known and loved by its fans for delivering the thrilling twists, shocking betrayals, and heartwarming moments.

Recently, entertainment commentator Phil Mphela took to his X (formerly Twitter) page to share the news. In his revelation, he said the show will be replaced by a new telenovela, said to be produced by Tshedza Pictures- the production company behind telenovelas The River, Gqeberha The Empire, Champions, Legacy and iThonga.
