Inside Musa and Liesl’s New York baecation

South Africa’s favourite couple Dr Musa Mthombeni and former Miss SA Liesl Laurie-Mthombeni started 2023 off on a high as they jetted off to New York for New Year. 

The television and radio host gifted her husband the international trip as his Christmas present. Totally smitten, the former YOTV presenter took to Instagram to share the news of their trip and just how blessed he is to have her as his wife. 

“My enemies want to vomit right now! It’s ok guys. Your vomiting episode is brought to you by my gorgeous wife, Liesl Laurie-Mthombeni. On Xmas morning, we give each other gifts and boy was I gifted this year! Baby girl booked me (and my new girl with silver hair) a trip overseas over New years!

Words can’t express how lucky I am to have such a beautiful soulmate. We deserve each other. Ra DESERVE’ana!,” he wrote. 

It is no secret that Musa has the cutest obsession with his wife. He further wrote that his wife was awarded the Best Wife/Wife of the year Award at #BigDaddysGamesNight, a games night that they hosted.

“The Best Wife/Wife of the year Award at #BigDaddysGamesNight was awarded to Liesl Laurie-Mthombeni and she’s the gift that keeps on giving,” he wrote.
