News of a boxing match between media personality Khanyi Mbau and performer Zodwa Wabantu broke last week, leaving many people shocked, and stating who they thought would win the fight.

Asked to confirm the fight by blog Maphephandaba, Khanyi, who is now a Dubai resident, denied rumours of an upcoming fight. Zodwa, on the other hand, excitedly confirmed it, sharing a poster with both her and Khanyi.

Upon coming across the news of a fight between Zodwa and Khanyi, Manaka Ranaka challenged Zodwa to a boxing match.

Sharing a video in isiZulu that we have translated to English, Manaka said:

“Listen here baby girl, I want you, I am not scared of you. Bring it on, even in your g-string and my big belly. I’ll show you who Satan is.”

She also captioned her video:

@zodwalibram laaaaaaaaaleeeeela?? Skhokhorinko angijimi ??‍♂️ and angikusabi ?? shem!!! I’m challenging YOU kwi #InfinityBoxing ???.”
