Renowned actress and television personality Minnie Dlamini has recently shared a heartfelt note to her deceased brother Khosini Dlamini five years following his passing.

According to the radio station Khaya FM, Khosini, a pilot by profession, he was passed away in 2019. This comes after he suffered a ruptured brain aneurysm. Although he was placed on life support for 23 days, he later succumbed to his injuries – at the time he was 27-years-old.

Taking to Instagram, his beloved sister reflected on some of the best memories the sibling pair made during their lifetime together.

“I miss your laugh, your jokes, your wisdom (even though you’re my baby bro) I just miss talking to you.”

She recalled a recent incident where she was in a state of mourning when her son walked in on her asking if she was crying because of “Uncle K” who had died.

“I wiped my tears away very quickly and told him he was right,” she wrote.

“I lost my whole world when my brother passed including losing huge chunks of myself, but God restored and gave me my world back in the form of my son and for that, I will always praise and glorify the Almighty.”

She highlighted that while life might not be easy, it is important to see the silver lining in each situation.

“You just need to live a life of gratitude, purpose and make the choice every day to find the good.”
