I love it when you call me big Papa! Papa Joy spoils in-laws with multiple gifts

After winning the heart of his African bride, Joy Chauke, it seems that her French husband Nicholas Pitaud, affectionately known as Papa Joy is winning the hearts of her extended family members as well.

The two have known one another for just over a year now. This comes after the avid sports lover, Mama Joy, met her husband at last year’s Rugby World Cup which was held in France. Thereafter, the rest, as they say, was history.

They have since been spotted attending multiple events together including the recent Paris Olympics earlier this year. While there, Joy found herself wining and dining as she savoured memories of each day they had spent together.

In a recent trip to South Africa, the loving couple made things official when Nicholas went down on one knee to ask her hand in marriage.

Joy later shared the news on social media and got married at a traditional wedding ceremony in Limpopo.

Taking to Instagram, she wrote:

With Nicholas now fully accepted into the Chauke family, he recently decided to treat his new relatives by surprising each of them with gifts.

The two also took this time to visit the grave of Joy’s father and thank her ancestors for blessing their union.

Meanwhile, they have since been exploring various parts of South Africa including the Cape of Good Hope, attended the G4Sport awards ceremony, and visited the Kruger Park.
