The victory of the Manchester City Football Club, popularly known as Man City, continues to make the Citizens (the name of Man City fans) happy as Netflix announced their plans to air the team’s documentary.

The England-based team won the 2022/2023 Premier League, Champion’s League and the FA Cup, making them the Treble winners last season. Since this victory, the team did a Treble Trophy Tour which was recently announced to come to Cape Town on the 17th of March.

The victory does not end there. The Citizens will also get to witness inside Man City’s victory-making season as Netflix will air their documentary which is set to air on the 2nd of April.

Taking to Instagram, Netflix shared a snippet of the documentary and wrote in the caption, “Witness the inside story of Manchester City’s history-making season.”

Fans and supporters of the team flooded the comment section expressing their excitement for the upcoming documentary:

“That’s my birthday present right there,” wrote one social media user.

“I can’t wait, I support the blues [blue heart emoji],” wrote another user.

Another user called upon the other Manchester team, Manchester United, saying: “@manchesterunited can you lot see what other teams are doing?”

This is the best time to be a Man City fan in South Africa, from them coming to Cape Town to witnessing the history-making season on Netflix.
