South African rapper Mthembeni Ndevu, better known as Emtee, has been exposed by his fiancée Nicole Kendall Chinsamy of alleged Gender-Based violence, during a heated Instagram live session on Thursday evening.

During the Instagram live, Emtee is seen having an argument with his pregnant wife Nicole, and his mother-in-law. The rapper asks his mother-in-law what she is doing at his house and she explains that she’s there to protect her daughter from him.

Nicole showed off receipts from her cellphone showing scars she received from the alleged assault incident. She quickly managed to show them off, but Emtee did not let her proceed, as he turned the camera away from Nicole’s phone.

“This is what he did to me,” says Nicole while showing a picture of scars she allegedly received from a physical assault.

“Show me what you did to me, how you beat me up on Valentine’s Day here’s the proof,” she says. During the Instagram live session, Emtee is heard denying the allegations, while he prevents Nicole from showing off her cellphone which allegedly contains bruises she received from the incident.

The rapper took to his Twitter timeline to react to the claims. In a series of Tweets, the Wave hitmaker denied laying a hand on his fiancée saying:

“I’m all about motivation, love and honour. The f**k I look like putting my hands on a woman. On anyone for that matter,” he stated in a tweet.
