Kairo Forbes, daughter of DJ Zinhle and rapper mogul AKA, just snagged a nomination for Favourite African Kids Influencers at the Nickelodeon Kids Choice Awards.
Proud mom DJ Zinhle couldn’t contain her excitement, taking to Instagram to shower her superstar daughter with love.
“Who’s superstar baby is this? I’m so proud of my baby @kairo.forbes…Please help me congratulate Kairo on her @nickelodeon_africa nomination,” she wrote.

At just 8 years old, Kairo will be competing against Nigeria’s DJ Wysei, Wizkid’s son Boluwatife Balogun and NGO Dream Catchers Academy. Undeterred by the tough competition, she took to her timeline in a burst of excitement to share the news with her fans.
“Wow, guys!! I’ve received a Nickelodeon Kids’ Choice Awards 2024 nomination in the category “Favourite African Kidfluencer” This is so cool! I’ll appreciate your support so much!” Forbes posted.

In 2023, Forbes clinched the title of Social Media Kid Influencer of The Year at the 3rd annual South African Social Media Awards.
Once the news broke, she wasted no time expressing her heartfelt gratitude across her social media platforms.
